Private Event FAQ’s:
Can I bring in food and drinks? Yes, outside catering is welcome. Guests may also bring in beer & wine, just not liquor.
What if I need extra time for setup or takedown? Building access is available only during booked timeframe. We recommend extending rental ahead of time if you anticipate needing extra time. Overtime charges are billed in 30-min increments at 2x the hourly rate.
Are decorations allowed? Balloons and tabletop decorations are welcome. We do not allow confetti, confetti balloons, or glitter. Wall and ceiling decorations are not allowed.
Can I bring in art supplies? Guests are welcome to bring in colored pencils or crayons but any other art supplies including paint, clay & markers are not allowed unless for use with one of our instructor-lead workshops.
Can I rearrange furniture for my event? Nothing in the studio may be moved or rearranged, including tables, shelves, artwork, rugs & items on display.

Is a deposit required? A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking date? Events may be canceled or rescheduled up to 7 days before scheduled event. Events cancelled within 6 days of event will be charged 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of event start time are not allowed.
Do you offer tours? Yes, we offer venue tours. Just click the button above to book.
