Private Event FAQ’s:
Do you offer cupcakes or party favors? Yes! Available party add-ons may be viewed on the booking page for each party. You are also welcome to bring in your own food & drinks.
What if I have additional guests? Any additional participants may be added for $12 each. Payment will be processed based on the final number of participants 2 days before your event to allow our team enough time to create a party kit for each participant. We are unable to make any changes to the headcount beyond this point.
Are decorations allowed? Balloons and tabletop decorations are welcome. We do not allow confetti (including confetti balloons) or glitter. Wall and ceiling decorations are not allowed.
Can I choose more than one design for my painting party? Because our instructors guide party guests through the painting step-by-step on the pre-drawn canvas, only one design may be selected for each party. Creativity is encouraged throughout the painting process (the unicorn horn can easily turn into a party hat, etc) so each artwork can easily express the varied personalities & preferences of any group.
What about parking? You are welcome to use the parking spaces in front of our studio. There is an additional parking lot behind our studio.
How do I schedule an event? Simply click the button for booking and choose a date and time from our calendar.
Is it possible to extend my party time? For longer events, we recommend adding on rental time (there are a variety of “add on” options available on the booking page).
Can younger children participate? Yes, as long as they are supervised by an adult.

Can I rearrange things on the studio tables for my event? Nothing in the studio may be moved or rearranged, including tables, shelves, artwork, rugs & items on display.
What if we have last-minute changes to our headcount? Because each party kit is prepared ahead of time, all party details are finalized 48 hours in advance. We are happy to update the headcount anytime before this point.
What if I need to cancel or change my party date? Events may be canceled or rescheduled up to 7 days before scheduled event. Events cancelled within 6 days of event will be charged 50% of the party fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of event start time are not allowed.
What should I expect the day of my party? Families may arrive 15 minutes before party time. Party guests are greeted by our instructor and guided through a fun welcome activity. Art instruction begins a few minutes after the warm up. Participants follow along with our art instructor and are encouraged to add their own “artistic flair” to their pre-drawn canvas or clay project. After 45 min - 1hr of creating, projects are delivered to our drying area and families are welcome to use the remaining time as they choose: eating cake or pizza, opening presents, taking photos at our fun photo spots, etc.
Is there an area where parents/families can hang out without participating in the art project? Yes! We have a designated area for guests that do not wish to paint (although we highly recommend joining the fun- it’s great for all ages).
